About Greenhouse Yoga Space

Located at 3326A Highway 31W, White House, Tennessee

Greenhouse Yoga Space is a community yoga space established in 2026 with a goal to make movement practice accessible, affordable, and welcoming to everyone. Rooted in trauma-informed care, the space prioritizes safety, choice, and nervous-system awareness in every class, creating an environment where students can move at their own pace without pressure or performance.

We focus on yoga and embodied movement practices that support strength, mobility, and connection, while honoring each person’s lived experience. At Greenhouse Yoga Space we hope to offer a place where we can breathe, move, and reconnect with ourselves.

Just like the plants in our space, we thrive when we grow together! In this shared space, we can find our community and expand our hearts, empowering us to branch out, live our purpose, and extend our care to the wider world.

Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Nikki Ryman. I’ve lived in White House since 2006 and am grateful to share life here with my family. Over the years, my journey has been guided by a lot of roles—as a wife, mother, homeschool educator, healing practitioner, and a lifelong student of the science of healing, movement, and wellness.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Reiki Practitioner with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies in a supportive environment. I have a deep love for studying holistic approaches to wellness and philosophies surrounding the body and the mind–body–breath connection.

I love teaching people about their bodies and helping support others on their healing journey. And I wanted to find a way to create an affordable, welcoming space in White House where people could gather, move, and grow together.

Greenhouse Yoga Space is a place where all bodies, all experience levels, and all walks of life are welcome. My goal is to make yoga more accessible to people by keeping the costs of classes low, and I hope to provide a "third space" where we can connect, build lasting friendships, and find community.
